No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with Anatolian Art Craft. Many of our products are handmade, individually designed, limited in quantity, or one-of-a-kind works of art.

Because of the unique nature of our products, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not issue refunds after an order has been placed, except where required by applicable law.

By completing a purchase through our website or physical studio, you acknowledge and agree to this All Sales Final policy.

Items Covered by This Policy

The All Sales Final policy applies to all products, including but not limited to:

• Original and one-of-a-kind artwork
• Handmade products
• Textile and fiber artwork
• Needle lace and Anatolian lace products
• Embroidery and fabric artwork
• Mixed-media artwork
• Custom-designed products
• Personalized or commissioned products
• Sale, discounted, clearance, and promotional products
• Gift cards and digital products

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests due to:

• A change of mind
• Personal preference
• Color or size preference
• An item not matching personal décor
• A gift recipient not wanting the item
• Failure to review the product description or dimensions
• Minor variations found in handmade artwork

Handmade and One-of-a-Kind Variations

Handmade and one-of-a-kind products may contain slight variations in color, pattern, texture, dimensions, stitching, material, or finish. These differences are part of the handmade character of the artwork and are not considered defects.

Product colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and device displays.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Although all sales are final, please contact us if your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered.

You must contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery and provide:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product
• Clear photographs of the packaging and shipping label

We will review the request and determine an appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances and product availability, the resolution may include repair, replacement, store credit, or another remedy required by applicable law.

Because many products are one of a kind, an identical replacement may not be available.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled after they have been processed, prepared, shipped, or placed into production.

If you contact us immediately after placing an order, we may review the cancellation request. However, cancellation is not guaranteed.

Custom, commissioned, personalized, and made-to-order products cannot be canceled once work has begun.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Orders that are refused, unclaimed, or returned because an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided are not eligible for a refund.

The customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

Shipping Damage

Please retain the original product, packaging, shipping box, and packing materials until your damage claim has been reviewed.

Do not discard, repair, alter, or return a damaged item before receiving instructions from Anatolian Art Craft.

Unauthorized Returns

Do not mail or deliver any product back to Anatolian Art Craft without prior written authorization.

Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender. The sender may be responsible for all related shipping costs.

Classes and Workshop Reservations

Class and workshop reservations, deposits, prepayments, cancellations, and rescheduling requests are governed by the booking conditions shown during the reservation process or otherwise provided by the studio.
