Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Anatolian Art Craft. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following refund, return, and exchange conditions before submitting a request.

Return Period

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date your order is delivered. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• You must provide a receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase.
• The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Before mailing a return, please contact us at info@anatoliaartcraft.com and include your order number and the reason for the return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable or digital products
• Perishable products
• Intimate or sanitary products
• Hazardous materials
• Flammable liquids or gases

Additional products may be identified as final sale or non-returnable on their individual product pages.

Partial Refunds

• Items showing obvious signs of use
• Items that are not in their original condition
• Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by us
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received an approved refund:

2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds unless otherwise stated. Sale, clearance, and final-sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only when they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at info@anatoliaartcraft.com .

Please include:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photographs of any damaged or incorrect item

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so that we can review the issue.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the recipient, an approved return may be issued as store or gift credit.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the purchaser had the order shipped to themselves, an approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser using the original payment method.

Class and Workshop Reservations

This product return policy applies primarily to physical merchandise. Class and workshop reservations, including any required prepayment or deposit, are subject to the cancellation and payment conditions provided during the reservation process.

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from our error. When applicable, return-shipping charges may be deducted from the approved refund.

Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on the destination and product availability.

For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of a returned product that does not have tracking information.
